Same as Katrina, blame the failure of local agencies and officials on "Bush" and the feds.
It was immediately clear that the local agencies tasked with inspecting and maintaining the bridge had failed to work up to the federally mandated standards.
Just as with Katrina where FEMA was ready and offering help but was for days denied entry into NOLA while the locals were trashing around in the hope of hiding the scope of the disaster.
Locals who had protested the needed strengthening of the levies the Army Corps of Engineers planned because it would make them visible from their homes, the same locals now blaming the same engineers for not making the levies stronger...
I would be much amused if they began to blame You Know Who and wizards!

trains noone uses because they don't stop where anyone wants to go, and stop there are seemingly random times when noone wants to go there (and which are by definition different from the times listed in the timetable).
