I do get the second part, it's perfect German. I have no clue what the first half means though

It means that our languages are a lot a like. I posted it in the hope you could understand me because I can understand (some of) what you say. But I don't know any German. For the writing I use a dictonary. I thought you translated once a site form Dutch to English because someone couldn't read the it. It was something like " this page is not available" (could be wrong)
When you translate:
Nein... eigentlich ist das der Normal-Zustand :German
neen...eigenlijk is dat de normale toestand utch

So I thought you may have understood me. maybe the translation of my sentence is a lot different (should have checked it before I posted it.

I noticed something: Normal and Zustand have a capital 'N' and 'Z'. This is also in the dictonary why is that?

Als ik het me goed herinner, dan worden in het Duits de zelfstandige naamwoorden met een hoofdletter geschreven.
