Anyone with Vista? (test a prog)

I have this pointless li' program and if anyone with vista could test its functionality, I'd appreciate it.

    Danke.

People here generally don't download programs without source code or at the very least a description of what the program will do when they run it. It's just simple internet etiquette.

The code isn't commented, finished nor formatted very well so I wouldn't release it in that condition; I don't like being b*tched at. I'm not so certain I'd call that simple internet etiquette, either. More likely, it's simply that there's no trust between we fellow human beings.

The program basically just gives amount of days, hours and a few other stats with one's entered birth-date. It exists, only to test out my calendar function. Like I said, a pointless program.

    *Happy Birthday, twomers.

Thank you. I don't have vista, however, but it works fine in XP.

Random date of death.... I'm sure you'll live beyond that.

    Thanks for the input.

That was just in the hope that vista-people won't think it malicious. I scanned it and all.

So it's not recommended date of death then?

Yea, trust is apparently a hard thing to come by. I'd like to assume that everything will work with vista that works with xp, but that would be foolish.

No, only condemmed criminals get those.... and Usama Bin Laden.

That's right... there are far too many people on the internet ready to do malicious things to you for me or most people to just download some random executable off the internet. Even if it wasn't malicious doesn't mean it couldn't do something I didn't expect or want it to do. This is why it's simple internet etiquette between us fellow civil human beings to at least give people a heads up on what they're downloading before you ask them to do it. This isn't ..........ing, it's just some very basic advice for the future.

Anyway, now that you've given a description and this is all cleared up, I suppose I have nothing more to say.
