    'System' batch recovery.

    I'm wondering if there's any utility to restore all the MS-DOS system commands, somehow they got deleted and I'd like to be able to use them ;P.

    Yes, it's called your windows installation CD - you put it in, and then reboot and choose the "repair" option.
    If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
