Yes, but still. The more people who know a secret, the more likely it is to be compromised.
And if two people knew the password, and one wanted to change it, [s]he would have to let the other person know, which would be a hassle, so the password wouldn't get changed as often, so security would be decreased . . . .
If I was in charge of a site as nice as CBoard I'd make a complete backup before giving anyone a password that let them do anything, and I'd want to know the recipient's address and phone number at least.
