    domain registration

I just registered a domain name for this website I have been building. I registered the domain name at, and then I used domain forwarding and domain masking to direct it to another site which was already built on the same server.

So far it doesn't seem to have taken affect? Should it have already done so, or how long will it take to take affect you think?

    Where circles begin.
I know DNS updating takes up to 72 hours to take effect. I doubt this is the same thing though, since you say you just forwarded it.

DNS propagation is DNS propagation is DNS propagation. Up to 72 hours regardless of what you do.
