Font is called: Futura XBLK BT, it's standard Windows font. I decided to make the whole color scheme a green-blue type color! It's much easier to look at, I'll post it again when I finished.

Those are good and interesting colours. I like it much better. The text should be just a tiny bit brighter, though. And, dare I say it, bigger and with more space between the lines.

Alright, thanks alot! The buttons are going to be rollovers, just so you know. I really like pixel fonts, though, but they can be pretty small, even though they look awesome!

Up the font size and brightness of the text (Like CornedBee said) and you have a nice layout, the backgrounds blend well while staying seperate.

Much better! Use a lighter gray for your text though.
My best code is written with the delete key.
New problem! What looks better a 'pixel font' or regular 'Anti-A Font'?

Heh, same. I've always loved pixel fonts, even if it can be a b**** to read. It's a lot clearer too, since there isn't any AA.

I vote neither, the anti alias'd font you chose had 0 distance between letters and lines which made it feel cramed. Bitstream Vera Sans Mono is the font that I believe Mario F. suggested for use while coding and I find that to be a very nice anti-alias'd font.
Your pixel font is small on my 15.4in 1024x768, and on my 17in 1200x1024 it is almost unreadable.
I agree with Wraithan. The comparison is not fair.

I agree with Wraithan too.
I also think that the background colors are just a tad dark.
About the font, is this gonna be a flash website? If so, no comment.
Otherwise, I would suggest you use standard font installed on any/most computers like arial, verdana, etc.
When you use font ABC, you will see it as font ABC because you have it installed on your computer. But, on my computer font ABC will be replaced with some generic font.
There's a way so that user will be prompted to download font if he doesn't have it installed, but you know what I'm gonna say about that...
Or you could make the whole text an image, but you know why you don't wanna do that.
By the way, I like the old color scheme better. More cheerful, more accentuated, more contrast.
P.S. I don't have Futura XBLK BT on my windows. And little chance I deleted it, so it's not standard I suppose

The simple background shape used in the first picture was nice, but the background color was too bright. Maybe something like this? http://www.zone.ee/steriod2/colors.png
The other one is not very bad either, but I like yellow color.
