You're not? Unless..............(Quoting Homer Simpson, somewhat)(failed attempt of a joke)
Never mind, well these are the directions.

How do I set up the compiler?
From the bin directory of your installation: Create a bcc32.cfg file, which will set the compiler options for the Include and Lib paths, and add these lines:
    -I"c:\Borland\Bcc55\include"
    -L"c:\Borland\Bcc55\lib"
Create ilink32.cfg and add this line:
    -L"c:\Borland\Bcc55\lib"

I don't even know how to make this bcc32.cfg file thing.

I will take a guess, as I don't know the Borland products. From your description, do the following:

Open Notepad, the Windows text editor. Type in the lines required. Save the file as bcc32.cfg in the directory given in the guidelines. Proceed accordingly for the second file.
