You can always get away with the do-your-own-homework reply

Dude, I said it was URGENT!! Honestly! What do I have to do to get some code around here

EDIT - I've just noticed, I seem to have what seems to be a Poker hand in my equation! I'd prob fold with it though

I realize you have the power to open an editor and save the image, and then attach it or upload it to some server but that's a lot of work compared to just $\lim_{lazy \to \infinity}........(lazy^max)$

At this point it starts to become fun. Expect company pretty soon and still get away with do-your-own-homework reply

    EDIT: valis rules!

It could be less work when you consider that you may need to spend 20 minutes looking at TeX documentation to get the syntax correct.

I have that power, and I am willing to share it with you Valis! (or is it with a little v, like twomers?)

    >> $\lim_{lazy \to \infinity}........(lazy^max)$
That seems like a lot more work to me! It involves having to learn the syntax!! It doesn't even take that long, and I'm sure if you had an equation which you really wanted to solve, and you genuinely didn't know how to do it, it wouldn't be too off putting to screen shot it, open MS Paint, paste it, select what you want and save and upload it, would it?

edit - wow! Slowest reply ever!

You could at least have shown us a good hand. How can you expect us to help you if you don't give us a good hand? Sheesh!

my eenglish not is vrey well. Who be the Sheesh! say you! many combusters on fire?

    One other option!!!

Get your silly TeX syntax, go here and submit it! Works happy out for the '$\lim_{lazy \to \infinity}........(lazy^max)$' one, except you don't need the $'s.

    Then post this link!

And/OR add the link to the thread.

I suppose that also works. Coming soon will be a longer post explaining how to get the circumference of a moose.

The Word/ImageShack approach is one I've used; Daniweb uses TeX:
