We have already found 9 boards, which one will be the 10th?
What about a new board on web based application programming?
I know that I would really like that, but do you all agree with me?

No.
More boards simply leads to more confusion (messages posted on the wrong board), and more cross posting (the same confusion duplicated in several places).
And once the initial enthusiasm for the new board falls away, no one posts there any more...

There's no need for it, as there are several sites with web programming boards, such as http://www.flashdaddee.com/forums/fo...?s=&forumid=40
I also think they should make a Java one. Actually, I think they should take evry programming language that's not already obsolete, and make a board out of it. It'll be huge, but very useful.
Hey, while we're talking about internet programming, does anyone know how I can give a Java applet access to files on the user's PC?

Plus there is a general discussions board (big suprise) that you are welcome to talk about anything computer related and more. Got questions about Java and HTML... post them in the GD board.
We should put this in the FAQ... It just amazes me how often this topic comes up.

What types of things would you do on the net with C that you couldn't do better with something else? Just curious.
HTML, XML, FLASH, FlashActionscript, Director, Generator, other web design aspects, and the kitchen sink. It's all here at we're here forums ....Over 29,000 members. Check it out. Weird name but great site.

We can do lots of things without C. But what's the difference if with C?
What about if I only know little C, nothing elseSo.. I'm trying to go with it as long as I can.
