No wonder, I am always tired.
i guess it all depends when I have to wake up... but with the current schedule I have:
sunday-thursday 2am - 8.30
fri-sat as late as 5-6am till whenever I wake up which is often around noon.

aside the fact that sometimes I decide I can't be assed with sleep, which leaves me drinking coffee for the next 24 hours, I usually get to bed around 2am and have to get up between 6 and 7am -___- I'm always tired too.

Actually, I usually sleep from about 1:00AM to 7:30AM (local time), though that varies a lot. When left to my own devices, I prefer to sleep from about 2:30AM to about 9:00AM, but my job requires me to be in the office earlier than that would allow.
Insert obnoxious but pithy remark here
Most work nights I end up sleeping from about midnight till 6am for work, and on weekends I like to stay up late so I'm usually up till 5 or 6 in the morning - but then I crash, sleep for 12-13 hours, and I'm back to normal.
