People dumb enough to use old OSs with known problems (AKA, they ain't gonna get fixed b/c the OS isn't supported anyways) and no virus/spyware protection shouldn't be allowed to use computers anyways. Zip, nada.
So you'll be sending me the money to upgrade my OS when? I don't have a job, can't get a job because I can't drive, and my parents believe that computers should never be upgraded in any way. Get the hell over yourself.

Last time I checked, Linux can be downloaded for free. If you think Windows is that bad, switch to Linux! Surely you can save up enough lunch money to buy a few CD-Rs.

Just because your parents don't believe... err nm.
    [edit]
Your parents (and people like them) are part of this massive virus problem you people are saying we have. Unprotected machines allow the viruses to spread. Maybe your parents should do a double-take.
