Exclamation Asking a favor of anyone with a GeForce 3

    Hey all.
I was wondering if anyone with a GeForce 3 would be able to do me a favor. I'm working on a project for the gamedev.net 4 Elements IV contest, and need to see what shaders it will run.

The "Shaders" and "Programs" demos on this site can be used to test.

If anyone can do this it will be a biiiiig help!
    Thanx.

yea, the fact that they'll be judging with GF3's is a real pain, as I have to cripple the GL2.0 support in my engine for the contest
    Anyway..does anyone own a GF3??

dammit. well there goes that out the window.
I still need to know if the GF3 will support these shading languages though.

Hey! I have a GeForce Ti200 with 128MB RAM. I was about to try it until I came across `windows.h` and a `.exe` file , I use Linux. I was going to try wine but a virus deleted the C drive....ok ok I deleted the C drive accidently, but I'll think about reinstalling it in a little bit, how urgent is this?

Aha! Got it, The first one worked great, and now I'm going to try the others :], alright check out these images:

(GeForce3 doesn't seem to like Shaders, or fragments/vertexes(??))

...and yes I like FF music :]

That problem could be because of wine, not neccessarilly the shaders.

When I play UT2004 my website is down lol (I turn off all running apps).

I'm sorry GeForce3 cards don't work for that, but I'm sure there's a way to cheat :], I mean UT2004, I'm sure they cheat to get those shades in there I suppose (maybe extra code I guess). Man this reminds me so much of browser compatability problems.

Indeed they do. They somehow have the patience to write it to run in software as well.
