    it's not just skill....
    I noticed that if you hold down F2, the deck changes at exactly the same time as the second counter on the system clock - I wish I had written down the exact time when I started that game so I could constantly go back to it and find every place where I could've earned an extra point or two somehow. But then, even I'm not that big of a nerd.
