    yahoo help

i have a friend whose yahoo email account has been taken over by her husband forcefully and he has changed her password and in all probabilities all her details. she can't retrieve her password by normal
means. This yahoo email account is her primary email
account and it is being grossly mis-used.she have had
this account for a long time and have moved to various
places since and hence can't recollect the zip code of
the place where she created it.

i suggested her to fill the help page of yaho mail which has special section for such an issue. She as a reply got an automated reply generated by their system sayin it will from now onwards keep an eye over the email account(or smthng lik that they said it diffrently) & assigned a case number to the issue.

since thn she hasnt got a response.is there in anybody's knowledge some past case like this.what else can be done.should i suggest her to remind them(yahoo) and how can that be done...?

Tell her to get a new account and not to let her husband know the details of it. There is nothing any of us are going to be able to do, unless you can somehow write a keylogger and install it on the PC the husband is logging in with.
