I'd probably create a Windows program, use TextOut to a device context and then save it. I don't know which method would be faster, but programming is not as repetitive.

You should be able to do this in code quite easily. Create the outer edges and then fill in the rest. All you need is the number of pixels per line to create a perfect C and then create a string that is nearly the same length composed of member names and spaces.
Would be a cool thing to see completed.
