You might have a point about the coworker thing, but in my experience, someone that is willing and ready to pay for a completed homework assignment is not someone that's going into the field. It's either: a) someone forced into taking a programming course due to the vagaries of college requirements, or b) someone making a terrible mistake about their choice of career.
