    >>Is that a beagle or am I way off?

Yup. And if you want to get a beagle, keep in mind they really like to play (at least my beagle does, all the time). But she's really good as long as someone gives her a walk every day and plays with her from time to time, and we don't have a huge area for her to run around and get excercise.

I am a dog person but my newest addition to the family is my Belgian her name is Cayenne, and of course my avatar is Dekker wearing sunglasses, who I had to put down not long ago I really miss him!

    [edit]
I notice 'horse' isn't even an option .

cats... if I told you the name of my favorite pet, I'd have to kill you--It's the answer to my 'secret question' -.-

note: not really. my cat's name is kiddie m. cat... named by my little brother. (our previous cat was named mahogany, hence the middle name of our current feline )

I was always a cat person. Then I got a dog. (GSD) I reckon dogs are better company, I mean you can do fun stuff with dogs - go to the beach, terrorise small children etc. They're a lot more trouble than cats though (you have to take them to the beach, they terrorise small children etc).Smell worse than cats too.

I was going to select "rodent" as a ferret, but "rodent" delimited the spirit of the ferret, so I chose cat, but I wish I had an ostrich or a cougar!

Proud owner of a bassett hound. Cats are ok, extremely easy maintenance, but the fun and companionship just isnt there for me. Plus the whole play with a string things gets old fast. You can just do so much more with a dog.

During the summer cats are fun. Leave the porch lights on for moths; there's a never ending supply of cat entertainment. Bring a few of those inside and they don't last long when you've got 3 young kittens and a momma.
The world is waiting. I must leave you now.
