    Damn!

well, I got my Pentium 4 as my graduation gift, I'm very happy about it, but there are 14 screws and a power cable missing, so I went today (sunday) to unilago (a computers-only mall)to see if I could buy what was missing, and buy a DVD drive for my new computer.

But, you know what I found?

    IT WAS CLOSED!!!

the mall was closed and I couldn't buy it (that was about 2 hours ago), I would go tommorow, but I have work, and I also have work on tuesday!!! that means I'll have to wait to use my new Pentium 4 1.7GHz until WEDNESDAY!!!!

Damn it, there was another thread made by me commenting about punishments, but this is the worst punishment EVER!!!

Geez, that kind of stinks. You are lucky though. You have a whole mall with just computer stuff? Man, I'm drooling just thinking of it.
What will people say if they hear that I'm a Jesus freak?
What will people do if they find that it's true?
I don't really care if they label me a Jesus freak, there is no disguising the truth!

yeah, it's pretty cool, and it's relatively near home, so I can go there anytime I want, goto http://www.unilago.com.co , it's the mall's webpage (in spanish), it's not that bad.

yeah, it's huge, there are over 200 (no kidding) shops in there, and the best thing is that you can sometimes find stuff cheaper than factory price (I saw the Sound Blaster Audigy 5.1 at U$230 (the factory price is U$249), can you beleive it?, and don't ask why).

If you come to Colombia, THAT's the place to visit. and if you do, tell me so I can take you there, or at least give you the address

well, if you wanna go to unilago from my house you have two choices:

    1. take any bus to autopista norte (5 minutes and $700), ride a transmilenio to the 80th calle (5 minutes and $900), and then walk up to 15th carrera (5 minutes)

    2. take a "Cra's 15, 11 y 13" bus to 74th calle (40 minutes $700), and walk down to 15th carrera (3 minutes)

it depends on what you wanna optimize (time or money)

    OK!!! way to go!!!

my P4 is up and running, it was very good to see the words "Intel Pentium 4 processor" in the screen

as for the DVD, I also got it, but the new screen will have to wait (until tomorrow, I hope), but I´m very happy that I now have a nice Pentium 4

no, 700 are NOT usDollars, they are PESOS, they are like 0.45 u$

unilago rules, i know many ppl there, so if i need to get something, and i got no money, i just ask someone there, and i can take it, after some days, i got to pay!

it's actually U$0.30, considering that a dollar equals 2300 pesos
