    April Fools Day

Man, I hate this day. On the way in to work, I had to listen to the DJs talk about how Larry Brown was stepping down as coach of the Pistons so Tom Izzo could take over. As in immediately. It scared the hell out of me before I realized what day it was. I'm sure I'm also going to have to put up with all sorts of "wacky" jokesters here at work, doing stuff like "you're fired! April Fools!" and "I have cancer! April Fools!"

And to top it all off, I had to pay rent this morning.

I fooled somebody into thinking that I had a girlfriend.

    But...I don't.

I hate this day as well... the only 'interesting' april fool's day things are when websites change their entire format, not to trick people, but to have a little fun. for example, google's joke from 2002.

And if you don't know anyone who can give you one, don't worry – that just means you aren't cool
Haha, I'm glad they had a sense of humor about the whole gmail invite thing. It's too bad they didn't spend a little more time on the labels, though - it looks like the first "G" in Google is falling off the bottle.

I guess this sort of preemptively kills the annual "Cprogramming.com got sold, and all your email addresses are going to be given to spammers" prank post.

Too bad that last part is true this year....

Our latest edition of the newspaper was published yesterday and it said a body was found in a dumpster on campus and marijuana would be allowed on campus.
    See you in 13

Ha...check out the new products offered today on www.thinkgeek.com.
If I did your homework for you, then you might pass your class without learning how to write a program like this. Then you might graduate and get your degree without learning how to write a program like this. You might become a professional programmer without knowing how to write a program like this. Someday you might work on a project with me without knowing how to write a program like this. Then I would have to do you serious bodily harm. - Jack Klein

Heck, I think most of us who didn't get the joke right away were reading to leave that April Fools' Day.
