Good forum for computer hardware questions?

Anyone know of a great computer hardware forum to post technical problems? The random ones I keep pulling up on google are always so full of gamers/overclockers that it seems like I can never get a good answer to anything. I keep getting responses from posers like:
Them:"Umm... run virus scan, spysweeper, defrag, and checkdisk and let me know if it fixed the problem"
Me:"No, didn't fix my overheating problem"
    Them:"Oh, then I don't know."
Or worse I get responses from the diehard overclockers:
Them:"I see that your *cough*outdated*cough* motherboard has its capacitors 1/32 of a inch closer than my <insert kickass motherboard here> that runs at <insert kickass speed here> due to my <insert kickass uber-overclocking abilities here>. I'd suggest you do a search online and buy <insert overly priced kickass motherboard here>, install it and let me know."
Me:"Ummm... how is that going to solve my internet connection problems?"
The people here in the tech forum are good, but I'm looking for something a little more high traffic.

You'll find most of the hardware sites are filled with the uber o/c louts, fact of life. They can't make it in real life so they get to strut their stuff virtually.

The forums at motherboards have given me some help. The same is true at THG but I expect you've been there already, I think I recognise the style!

Overheating, depends on so many things. New machine? New hardware? New applications? Blocked airholes? Tired/dead fans?

Thanks for the links, I'll give them a try. The overheating was just an example, not really suffering from it. When I have problems its something I usually want resolved ASAP so this was more precautionary for future problems I know I'll have as opposed to a specific something now.
