not really, the I'm feeling lucky button just sends you to the first hit google finds, which is http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/text/victories.html -> just a fictitious page made to look like google search results. If you let google show you it's results without just throwing you to the first one it comes across, you'll see that the first hit (out of 281k) is, in fact, that page.
