I just caught the end of France v Wales; pity really - what I saw of it looked quite good and I'm happy Wales won. At least Scotland are out of immediate contention for the wooden spoon, although our game with Italy was pretty dismal. I actually expected Italy to win but was more than a little annoyed when our one and only try was disallowed.

But it's Wales' day - they played brilliantly, if a little dangerously, towards the end, but a stalwart defence all the same.

I'd expect Ireland to beat England tomorrow which would suit Wales, but with this year's six nations rugby, who knows...?

Wales should beat Scotland easily, though, Fordy - I just hope the damage won't be too bad.

Ireland v Wales - well that's probably the decider, isn't it? I think Ireland are still the strongest Grand Slam contender but I suppose I'll find out if I'm right tomorrow.

And to think only a season or so ago you'd all but given up on Welsh rugby.

    Basilisk will be pleased!

Just as long as the slightly less intelligent of our bretheren in the valleys don't cut off any more genital parts as we win, I'll be happy.

Well, England got stuffed again: this time by the Irish. So England have played 3, lost 3, supposedly this has been their worst tournament in almost 2 decades!

Yes, because, they're not getting hit by a 250 pound man that can run the 40 yard faster than you can say "40 yards".
