Almost the whole internet is inaccessible to me.
I've gone through my bookmarks and only three sites work:
http://mathworld.wolfram.com/
http://cboard.cprogramming.com/
http://www.afb.lu.se
Not even the uni's web pages work and they're like 500 meters away.
So I guess I'm stuck with cboard and mathworld for a while.
Is the cboard server located in USA?

Maybe it's a DNS issue. Open a command prompt and type FORMAT C:
When thats comlpeted, reinstall windows and try ipconfig /flushdns
