I think Prelude turned down nomination a long time ago. I could be wrong. Doubtless they'll wander in here and comment on said situation, but I think they've already declined also.

    Quzah.

I know she did a long time ago, but I've got a PM that indicates she may be for it. I didn't really expect you or her to take it anyways; it was more of a respect thing than anything else.

I think you're pretty cool too govt but holy christ since when did an online chat forum turn into such a big friggin soap opera. now you've got the reputation system and moderators and people like rod that don't actually do any programming etc.

oh well i don't care, i only came onto this site to help newbies anyway. screw all of ya!

I don't know how many boards you go to, but this one is pretty drama-free compared to 90% of the internet.

I've even seen the guys in comp.doc.management worked up before. They were angry comparing progams that all do pretty much the same thing for pretty much the same price.

I just fail to see how people get so worked up about the dumbest things. This list includes:

-stupid melodramatic escapades (the one you mentioned which rod made some female cry)
    -reputation points
-stupid off the cuff remarks i say which i don't really intend to mean anything

    oh well whatever

hey govt come over i've got beer

Agreed, the 4 clans I used to be in were all riddled with "drama"

hell, govt told me he hates me and wanted me to leave the site. he's also called me gay on various occasions. i didn't whine about it and afterwards he's ranked me up a buttload for not being a little b|tch about it.

oh man...that's certainly true. We have it pretty good here considering how big our community is - 13520 members atm (!!!) - every once in a while we'll get a member like Kleid-0 to stir things up, but then they leave or we pacify them

BTW, we should get ethic back to show us what real drama is about

some entropy with that sink? entropysink.com

Reminds me of my sophomore year of high school. Everybody whining and Dashboard Confessionalling(Yeah, it's a verb now).

I still happen to be in my sophomore year :P

And I don't have anything against Dashboard Confessional.

    EDIT:

I don't think you're whining, Govt, by the way. :P

You're pretty much one of the best mods on these forums(coolness wise).

Well, I'm glad your still sticking around Cheez. Mod or not, it wouldn't be the same around here without you.
The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.
