I don't know how, so this is a pretty useless post, but why the heck do you want to change all your fonts to Symbol? :P

I currently have my theme set to an Apple theme, the Start is replaced by a blue'ish silver pic of the Apple, and my whole layout is silverish, and my buttons are cool little circle things......it's cool, and free!
