    New website suggestions?

Hello everyone! I've been noticing a lot of people have been showing their websites around! Well, I want to see what everyone thinks of mine:
    http://lhs.servebeer.com

LHS is my high school. As for the servebeer part, I needed something unique!

I need some suggestions! I know these are the current four problems:
    - Menu moving on IE (I guess that does look pretty cool)
    - Resolution 1280x1024 recommended
    - The fonts are really small on IE and Mozilla on the uploads page (but not Konqueror or Lynx! (lol))
    - On Konqueror, the width of the page is almost doubled from normal

I'm going to try and work with everyone to make sure the menu moving on IE stops! Stopping the fonts being small, etc. I need some website wizards to help me, and perhaps some cool additions! Like read/write access to my entire computer!

Man, its been a long time since I have seen a space background.. Used to have it on one of my very first web pages - that was about 7 years ago now... Its hard to get a nice space image that does not look like it repeats too much.

And what is with the little black square:

Just my browser I suppose? I am using FF 1.0

Hey kermit! The space background was the only way I could make it so the website didn't seem too...blank, I wanted to make it mystical! lol. Is the space background bad?

The black square everyone thinks is a bug of some sort, but I actually meant to put it there! Isn't it beautiful!?

    Here are my comments:

You know what designers do with defects they cant fix? They make them features.

what is the website about? there is almost no content on it.

As for the design, the logo is way to "busy", unicorns, spaceships, and ferries - I'm starting to think (and hoping) that this site is a parody of something. I agree with RoD.

edit:: on the progviewer page I don't get the whole table...I get base, chips, emerald, and the rest is cut off. Using FF

some entropy with that sink? entropysink.com

    Darn,

No one likes good ol' Mozilla anymore J/K

Anyway, I'll leave the criticizing and feedback up to the others, as they seem to have it mainly under control.

Segmentation Fault: I am an error in which a running program attempts to access memory not allocated to it and core dumps with a segmentation violation error. This is often caused by improper usage of pointers, attempts to access a non-existent or read-only physical memory address, re-use of memory if freed within the same scope, de-referencing a null pointer, or (in C) inadvertently using a non-pointer variable as a pointer.

This is a private website, I'm experimenting.

It was completely private, putting content on a private website seemed pointless. I put tools in there instead, like uploading files, viewing programs, the number of lines so far in the library (not all of the code is made by me by the way).

It's not a parody lol. I just needed to add a logo that was more flashy than my older one, so I put characters from games I've played in the past. There is nothing wrong with ferries...REAL ferries that is...uugghh I give up lol.

The Program Viewer is a browser for my program library. Click on Base, Chipz, Emerald, they're orange, and thus they're folders. Blue links are files that link to a PHP file that highlights the source.

As for them being cut off, a refresh of the page seems to remedy the problem for a temperary solution.
