    Where do I design the models and stuff for the game?

    There are model creators like Maya and 3DsMax that I know of. I believe there are some free ones around, start with those and build up, otherwise you're going to open 3DsMax and be like "omg..." :(

    Milkshape 3D is a good starting point. It's shareware, so you get a 30 day trial period to give it a test drive.
