AIM and ICQ are Instant Messaging programs, like MSN.
AIM stands for AOL Instant Messager I think, dunno about ICQ

Oh yeah, don't email my MSN address, I never check it, so use the gmail one.

ICQ is a play on words, I seek you. owned by aol.
used to be mirablis but they got bought out by aol just before aol bought netscape.
it's actually one of the oldest instant messenger clients around.
    irc being the oldest.

I'm pretty new to game programming and could use some help getting started. I understand the principle of what to do, but the matter of actually doing it is something I will need some help on. The books I'm working from are VERY unclear.

If anybody is willing to lend me a hand, I would greatly appreciate it. I use Visual C++.NET......so yeah.
