    MITers are mostly good people. They just don't sleep a lot. You get used to it, though.
    Certainly, there are some elitists, and probably more than other places, but they are fairly easy to avoid.
    The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.

    Well, there are some oddball characters here.
    Anyway, I can't declare a major until the end of freshman year. It'll be some pair of aero/astro engineering, physics, and linguistics (which I may end up just choosing as my required humanities concentration). Should be fun.
