Thread: Heat vs Cooling

Hi guys.

Well, it has been quite a while since my last post.

I need some advice on cooling my pc. in the past winter about a month ago, i did not have a single problem with heat. But nw with the coming summer......it's getting hot as hell!!!

Mys current cooling setup is :

an Aero 4
2 Case Fans , one in front of my case and one at the back.
a Hardcano 12
a hardrive cooler, cant remember the make, fits into a cd-rom bay, with a dust filter, 2 x 40mm fans and a heatsink.

I still have my standard fan on my ati raedeon 9600 pro 256mb.

I also have a blu ccfl in mycase, I switched it off to see if it made a difference. but it did not.

I'm going to redo all the wiring in my case to see if I can get more airflow in there.

If that does not help, then I guess I need to get a better cpu cooler, some memory coolers, another hdd cooler for my second hdd and a vga cd cooler

This is where you guys come in. Can you please tell me of some good products to use.

I don't want something like a giant II or III that's to bulky for me.
and at he moment I cabt aford water cooling.

Since I know where you live and know how hot it can get there I´d suggest a airconditioning, although that seems out of option since you say water cooling is out of the questions because of lack of funds...

But really an airconditioning would be very good for you, you wont even need that dust filter thingie, since the airco would not allow too much dust inside that room where your comp is standing...

Thats what i would do if i was in your position and with the money to buy one.

Take in mind that my dad converted one of our garages into a flat for me. (It has a Zinc roof pannels.
