    Desert Island Top Five

I've come to realize I'm out of touch with the younger posters here with regards to music. Mostly because I've been here too long and the newer members, well, haven't.

Anyways, post your desert island top 5 music albums. Mine, in no specific order (subject to change without notice):

-Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane over the Sea
    -The Who - Quadrophenia
    -The Beatles - White Album
-Jimi Hendrix - Are you Experienced (because it's my thread, I'm going to cheat and add one song from Electric Ladyland; the long version of Voodoo Chile)
    -Wilco - Yankee Hotel Foxtrot

    Dalren:

    >>> Pink Floyd - Darkside of the moon

If you took Pulse instead, you get the whole of Dark Side of the Moon live plus a whole load of other live tracks dating from the first to the latest album!

Could not think of the Jazz album my grandmother used to play alot, so my choices are:

    Bob Marley - Legend
    Steel Pulse - Rasanthology
Etta James - All time greatest hits
    Al Green - Greatest Hits
Otis Redding - Dreams to Remember
Man's mind once streched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions
    - Oliver Wendell Holmes

In other words, if you teach your cat to bark (output) and eat dog food (input) that doesn't make him a dog. It would have to chase cars, chew bones, and have puppies before I'd call it Rover ;-)
