    Doubtfull.

I mean, common. Hes right at the stop sign. So either you are saying he instantly accelerated to 30mph about to turn onto the main road, or it was about to instantly stop before turning on to the main road. I'm betting you turned wide, and too fast.

Considering how close to the stop sign the wreck was, the truck should have been going alot slower...

And I guess they're going to stop people from using lift-kits too, huh?
when i read that first i thought it said fork lifts, and i was wondering why people would be driving those on the road ..
    Hmm

the owner of the truck was unaware of the stop sign according to his statement. Combine that with the fact hes pulling a 10x15 enclosed trailer with two harley's in it.

His car just got totalled. I'd be a little snippy if I was him.

The car with less momentum experiences the highest forces.
You contradict yourself. Rod had less momentum if he was moving slower. The slower car always gets the most damage. My friend is an accident reconstructionist and they can normally tell who was going faster based on this principle. It get's kind of fuzzy when both cars are traveling at approximately the same speed.

It makes sense though. The truck had more momentum and thus can cause more damage. Even if the other car had been a puddle jumper Rod's car still would have gotten more damage.

And lift-kit's are aftermarket stuff and yes some of them are illegal. Bumpers are not considered aftermarket and as such all OEM parts fall under government regulations, at least that's the plan. Yes they will lower the SUVs and trucks to match with the cars somehow - they are already in the process of doing this.

Don't get hooked on the medication now . Not that it could really mess up YOUR brain, anyway, but people look down on you.

    Hope it all works out.

They should raise the car's bumpers at the same time. Then you can ........ off both groups equally
