    Windows Shells?

I know most shell accounts are for Linux/Unix, but does anyone know a good, Windows shell?

Are you thinking of something along the lines of command.com?

Try Windows Services for Unix. You basically get several Unix shells and the ability to run Unix programs in Windows.
