    I'm not really sure, but if you try to use Opera, that's the excuse they give you for not allowing use of that browser.

    I would imagine they might use it for some of the interaction (hotkeys) and maybe even some of the handling. Heck, maybe part of that 1000mb is on your computer, and they're using ActiveX to access it.

    That doesn't make sense at all. If it needed ActiveX controls to run, it shouldn't work with Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox/Safari on Linux or Mac, but it does.

    Well, that's the reasoning they gave me that it wouldn't work in Opera. Go figure.
