Thread: Enough language discussions.

Posts like:

Which language should I learn?
Which language is better?
Java rules, C/C++ drools.
BASIC can do more than C/C++.


Shall I go on?These are kind of ridiculous since they are posted on a
C/C++ programming board

I've yet to figure out in all my years here why people come here thinking they are going to convince the masses that another language is better or a better choice than C/C++.
Even if there were a better choice, which there isn't, you think we'd ever admit to it here?

Please let's talk C/C++ on the programming forums since that's what this board is about. More and more I'm seeing language questions come up in the C board, C++ board, Game dev board, etc. They belong here, if they belong anywhere.



Thanks in advance to any future computer language crusaders and/or evangelists who might drop in. Your efforts are in vain, though.
