bytamin-c was a site focused on C++Builder. The C++Builder community has been steadily decreasing, and so that could be one reason for the site's recent cease of existance.
Also, it was a relatively small site compared to many other sites. It had a few tutorials and a moderately sized message board, but not a whole lot else (unless things had majorly changed since I last went there).
