What kind of tips did you get I have a phone interview for a company called Actel, [ur]www.actel.com[/url] ... they make FPGA's which is more of an electrical/computer engineering job but they also need programmers
My interviews tomorrow and I REALLY need this job =) help!
my spider-sense be tingling.
Ron - SCU Math/CS Major
well my interview was less of technical and more of stuff like group work etc..
the questionsw ere like
"Name some of the challenges you have faced in last 5 month"
"Explain what happened"
"Why do you want to work for BT"
"WHat made you choose this university"
"Explain the software life cycle"
"Have you ever used it in your projects"
"Explain how you used it"
"WHat are you expecting to gain out of this placement"
"what will you do if...."
and so on... technical questions were very less in my case....
I think it all depends on the company.. another interview i attended was only full of technical questions.. SMaller companies tend to look intot echnical skills where as bigger ones tend to looks into your inter personal skills...
best of luck electRONix..
