    This is a nice initiative... looks good so far.

    Can be used for passing to your windows when you are showing them.
    I didn't reallt understand what you meant here. Perhaps that should be changed to something like:

    "Specifies how Windows wants your program to display the main window - minimized, maximized, hidden, etc."

    thx sang-drax, fixed that part of the tutorial now, check out the updated version and tell me if that fits better.

    tornado sirens going off........if i'm not back online in 3 hours then i've been thrown in to a cornfield somewhere along with my house....be back in a bit

    I was thinking that you should put a link to the side notes right after the code that it is referring to. It would be nice to be able to jump right to the notes if you aren't having trouble understanding the tutorial, especially if your tutorials get much longer.

    Other than that, you might want to put "windows procedure" instead of winproc

    Oh and the link at the top for "wndproc information" under side notes doesn't go to the side notes

    ok, fixed the two typos.

    I'll work on getting that jump to the notes section implemented

    and by links on the edge, do you mean something like this:

    code blahb blahb blhab blhab
    someFunction(balhb,blahblabhlbblah,blah)

    where someFunction would be a link to the side notes section explaining it in more detail?
