Naturally I didn't feel inspired enough to read all the links for you, since I already slaved away for long hours under a blistering sun pressing the search button after typing four whole words! - Quzah
You. Fetch me my copy of the Wall Street Journal. You two, fight to the death - Stewie
Congrats for getting in.
I feel for you since its still in Canada
awesome job xsquared! Good luck!
Not to downplay your achievement but it is pretty easy to get into waterloo as long as you live in ontario which you do...Originally Posted by XSquared
Well, since people our posting good news, I'll join in the fun. Not only did I get into the University of Virginia, but also into their Computer Science program which has almost no open spots in it. Yay!!!
huh? what province you live in has nothing to do with getting accepted.Originally Posted by ZerOrDie
Waterloo is a great school, congrats X^2 !!.
Great job man! Isn't there some sorta quota or somethin they gotta fill? Maybe I'm just lost lol.
Actually.. according to an article on their website, of the 5051 students admitted this year, 3859 were from ontario, 734 from other parts of canada, and 458 from overseas.Originally Posted by Perspective
You're warping those statistics. The only reason most people were from Ontario was because more people who live near Waterloo will want to go there. So more people from Ontario go.
That's a great university. Congratulations on your acceptance. And you too Dalren.
