i don't want to pay anymore for my servers and such because i've reached my unoffical budget, which is all taken up by my high speed internet used to host my gaming server. I hosted apache with it for a while then it started to get popular with 10+ people symoltaniously (sp?) using my webserver therefore lagging my gaming server. Now, with me enlarging the gaming server even more, i had to shut down apache. Now I'm looking for a new host. I was looking at tripod.de, but the sonsabiatches put a huge frame in the middle of my site, ruining my layout. Mysql and php are 100% neccisary for my website because i've got game stats coming from my server straight into the webserver and going out. without php and mysql my site is worthless. can you guys see my dilema?

My friend (and I) get free hosting on two dedicated T1 lines through connections + friends. Our hoster also resells domain names for a year for $10. Perhaps I could link you up with some... we already rehost a few sites on the server since we have so much bandwidth. But we're really picky: you better have a lot of content. PM me if interested and I'll take a look at your site. Unlimited space, unlimited bandwidth (almost), databases, full scripting, and awesome support via us.

    This applies to anyone btw.

actually the banner aint that bad. it's normal sized and looks professional, like it would on every other site on the net. Plus, it's in a different language! people will think i'm cool!

why don't you just host it yourself. If you have a dsl or higher up connection download abyss and host it. it a nice webserver and it'll support whatever you put on it.

Why don't you read the 3rd post on this page for an answer to your question?
