I eat a roll every week, minimum. I swear i pick one up everytime i run out and munch away, never gotten sick.
I think the danger from raw eggs is very overstated. Sure, to protect themselves, companies say you should not eat raw eggs and so forth, but people have eaten foods made from raw eggs since pre-history. Until the advent of pasteurised eggs, most people making mayonaise, ice cream, cake cream, etc., etc., used raw eggs. I regulaly see people at the fitness centre dropping a raw egg into a glass of milk.
I think the overdone hygiene regulations are a contributary factor in the amount of illness around. Peoples immune systems are not being exposed to pathogens and therefore have no defense when they get a bug.
