She: - I am calling from company xxxxxx, I want to know the status of our fault
Me:- Our engineers are looking into it and it will be fixed shortly...
She: - My boss needs to know the reason for the outage
Me:- It’s due to a under sea cable break near Bahrain, Our engineers are presently looking into it...
She: - I need to speak to the engineer then
Me:- But they are in Bahrain
She: - I want to speak to them
Me:- (with a smile) they are under water in scuba gear fixing your cable
She: - Don’t they carry mobile phones
