    compiler

    What is the best c++ compiler. im new to all this programming, but I want an easy to set up one and a good one. Can someone tell me a good one and where i can get it

    First you really should tell us what OS you are on. If linux g++, but I think you are on windows. So I actually don't know what to recommend. I have never used any of them, but I hear alot about devc++ maybe that is good

    That doesn't say which compiler to use... it just says "Programming FAQ". Silly cheez. You need to work on your people skillz.

    I never even knew the FAQ link was at the bottom of the page. Maybe if it was moved to the top, in bold centered, maybe a slightly larger font, people would use it more?
