    Easy painless ways to code

Everytime I program, I get this crook in my neck. Also I think my chair is not ergonomically suited for me as my back begins to hurt too. Is there a pill I can take or something I can do for this. I need some suggestions on painless ways to code.

You just need to know some socket programming, and jam a wireless network card into your left ear. (Note: Some older models with limited memory may require a network card in each ear.)

I have the same problem. I think a better chair, better placement of the keyboard and monitor would help.

i have tendonitis and am undergoing physical therapy. Things I'm doing:

-Taking a break every 40 minutes and stretching out my wrists and arms
-make sure your monitor is level with your eyes so your back STAYS UP STRAIGHT
-your elbows should make 90 degree angles, as should your knees
-you rest your arms on a rest approximately 3-5 inches behind your wrist on the underside of your forearm

im also getting ultra sounds for deep heat treatment, and at home sometimes I use ice to ease the swelling of the tendon. I also have to perform various other exercises, and of course give my occupational therapist oral sex so they don't charge us or our insurance, but that's whatyou get

EDIT: also, I took the arms off of my chair

I wish I could code late at night. The only two computers in my house are in the living room and my brothers room, and I'm not allowed to use the one in the living room late at night (> Midnight).

cushioned chair and a wrist rest for your hands while you type are always great things to have.

Lets see: My recliner, my feet on the desk, and a beer. Slouched down so low my spine might actually be touching at the ends.

Apparently some people are just lucky.

I think the real key is what you do when you're not at the computer. You do have times like that right?
