how to install windows? That's usually a pretty easy task. Which version? If 2000 or XP you can simply boot from the CD and follow the instructions.
On previous versions you need a DOS boot floppy with CD rom support. Run the setup.exe on the CD and follow the instructions.
Superior OS? that's some opinion.

if you don't meet those requirements, it's unlikely that you're going to be able to install most MS OSes anyways...
