    Vasanth, you're in luck

    IBM shipping jobs to India

Fun fun. That should help to flood the US programmer market again. But hey, vasanth could make out like a bandit!

Several companies around the entire USA are out-sourcing to India and China.

It has not had much effect yet, but soon there will be many people without jobs in America if too many companies do it.

I guess it is good for India though.

well it sounds like the analysts are predicting a turn around for the US economy because of lower prices this season, and with the recent capture of Hussein...I think It's time for me to buy some penny stocks.

Just look at where your free market economy got you now.

This is yet another reason to change my major from computer science to something more applicable in the American marketplace: philosophy.
I am a programmer. My first duty is to God, then to nation, then to employer, then to family, then to friends, then to computer, and finally to myself. I code with dignity, honor, and integrity.

You wanna see a flooded programmers market come to Chicago. I have friends with bachelor's degrees working tech support for 11 bucks an hour.

If this is not a joke, maybe your choice would be true.
