I will agree though that our society is too politically correct. I wrote an essay once about my great-great-great-great grandfather (who had several hundred slaves before the war) back in highschool that was rejected simply because it referred to slavery in an unbiased context. I wasn't condoning it, mind you, just being historical and all that. Fascists!

How would you know? Grow up in any inner cities lately? I have. And anyways, its less about the word and more about what the intention is of the person using it. So, if a random white guy came up to some black guy and said "hey nigga", he would most likely assume the intent was derogatory. But if the black guy knew the white guy, it probably wouldnt be anything. Of course, some black people don't like to use 'nigga' either, so it depends on the person.and WTF! 'nigga' == 'nigger'. Okay? If I went up to a black person and said "Hey Nigga" they'd be like "What did you call me? HUH!". Okay. If someone is a Nigga, then their a Nigger, too.
