Im not saying they do. I just mentioned it because it was in the guidlines as one of the subjects to teach.I do not believe that children have a habbit of masturbating in public.
Thats a good question, and I dont have the answer to that. The topic is certainly very delicate and should be handled with the utmost care. Im sure there are people who study how to talk about issues such as this to young children and im sure they will be able to come up with some sort of appropriate way of educating them.So how exactly would the classroom talk about masturbation?
