Are you ordering from Amazon, or amazon merchants? If from amazon...they will send it. I've ordered more than a 100 items rfom amazon and the merchants, and so far I had only one switched thing...and that was from a merchant. Eberly is a monster. The book is very very thorough also. It's a must have for any serious graphics programmer.
